The belt squat machine from Gymless is a full-commercial plate-loaded strength machine designed for serious lower-body training while reducing direct loading through the shoulders and upper back.

Built from heavy-duty 40 × 80 × 3 mm steel, the machine weighs approximately 230 kg and provides the stability required for demanding commercial gym environments.

Front and rear weight rods allow substantial loads to be added, while four belt anchor points provide different leverage and resistance options. The wide dual foot platforms provide a stable training surface with a central separation gap to accommodate the belt and chain during squats.

The belt squat machine also includes band pegs for accommodating resistance, with an almost 1:1 loading effect when bands are used. Long support handles make it easy for users of different heights to maintain balance and position during heavy sets.

A dip attachment is included, adding another useful plate-loaded exercise option to the machine.
