Single Foam Roller

The rackable Foam Roller consists of a universal holder and a comfortable padded roll. The rackable foam roll can be quickly and easily attached to the posts of  rigs and racks at any height using the screw knob. The stop plate is equipped with a plastic insert. The screw knob comes with a plastic washer. This means that the device can be screwed firmly and securely to the post without damaging the paintwork.
The rackable foam roller  offers optimal support and functionality for Bulgarian split squats, sit ups and a variety of stretching exercises.
