Swiss Bar Solid Steel

Solid steel Swiss bar with four neutral-grip positions for pressing, rowing and upper-body strength work. The multi-handle layout offers several hand widths while keeping the wrists in a neutral position, which can be a useful alternative for lifters who find straight-bar pressing uncomfortable.

The bar weighs approximately 26kg and measures around 212.5cm overall. It accepts 50mm Olympic plates and has a stated maximum capacity of 220kg. The inner grip frame measures approximately 90 × 14cm, the grip diameter is around 30mm and each plate-loading section provides approximately 39cm of space. Collars are not included.
